I took my two children to Happy Valley for Halloween fun and had a late night snack so I checked in very late! It's almost twelve o'clock! I was very tired, so I didn’t contact to change rooms! Thinking of making do with it for one night! As a result, after a while, two men in 704 next door started chatting very loudly! The sound of chatting was okay, because I was very tired, so I managed to fall asleep! It started after two o'clock. Suddenly, it must be 706 next door, and it started barking non-stop! It woke me up right away! I'm a light sleeper to begin with, but my dear, I heard it was past three o'clock with my eyes open! Finally stopped barking! I couldn't help but want to call the front desk several times to complain! Our two children were asleep. I was afraid of causing unnecessary trouble, so I really endured it forcefully! You can hear cars driving past outside the window, and dogs barking! ! ! I'm really convinced! Ctrip advertises a four-star hotel, is this it? ? ? ?

There was a short circuit in the bathroom, and there was smoke from an open flame. The wall of the bathroom was moldy after water seepage, and the toilet was clogged. It took 2 hours to come to repair it after informing the front desk. This was an extremely uncomfortable stay.

不小心訂了個無窗房，半夜到，不能更改了，前台小夥子主動升級了1個豪華房，還送了早餐，服務真的沒的説；房間也很乾凈，早餐廳環境也非常好，品種也多，很滿意！！

房間空間大，衞生很乾凈，服務非常到位及時，外邊有很多小吃店，用餐也方便。非常推薦！
