Chengdu Blue City Yuexing Hot Spring &Food Hotel

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but honestly the cleanliness is little to be desired for… I changed the first room as there was dirty stuff on the floor and the room also had a terrible smell. The second room was not that much better - there was a big hair on the tea cup, which was still there even after the cleaners came in the next day (meaning, they obviously don’t clean everything…). There was also a dirty cleaning rag just left on the bathroom vanity by the cleaners which was very strange. The walls are also paper thin - so you can hear your neighbours very clearly. Positives were that the staff at the front desk were generally nice and helpful. The staff in the kitchen were also generally nice. I’m sorry to not leave the best review, but just being honest, and I hope that they can improve on the above mentioned aspects.

Overall a very nice hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is also very good , much options to choose from. We only had the afternoon noodles one time but it was yummy. The Japanese hot spring-like experience is located at the very top, not much to say, it's a hot bath but it felt nice after a long day of walking. Location is not super good but a nice walking distance for transportation. Room was just as described on trip. Only downside was the shower , the wall started coming off when used the other shower head, did not get a heads up so it kind of fell on me. Other than this everything was nice!!

Warm service, staff are friendly, enjoy the snacks, like the decorations,nearby food and drink and famous kuanzhai streets.
