The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean and refreshing. The location is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options on the pedestrian street downstairs. Tiexiang Temple Water Street is right next door. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would choose this hotel again next time!

The room was spacious and bright. While the style might not appeal to a younger crowd, the bed and desk were all solid wood, not cheap stuff. Downstairs, there are plenty of places to eat and drink, and the subway station is within walking distance. It's really good, great location!

Pros: 1. Accessibility to everything us good. 2. Room speaks for its price. Cons: 1. Privacy intrusion (cleaning ladies just open your door with their master key as if the light outside the door DOES NOT in there’s a person in the room.) So if you stay here, bring your own Do Not Disturb Sign. I even told the management about it but it’s still the same the following day. Imagine sleeping and suddenly a person opens your door. Good thing I put the chain lock before I slept . 2.AC is so BAD. I couldn’t sleep or even spend time in my room because their AC is stuck at 27 degrees. I put it on 16 degrees but no changes at all. I even called the management to inform them many times but no changes at all.

I've been to Chengdu many times, but this was the worst accommodation I've ever had. The soundproofing was terrible, there was no air conditioning, and the heating was inadequate. I could clearly hear the noise from the next room in the middle of the night!
