Reviews of Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Chenghua Eastern Memory

The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There's a convenience store right next door, which is very handy. The room was great, and the lobby even had a pleasant fragrance.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with a variety of local delicacies available right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient. The environment is elegant and clean, the facilities are complete, and the service is warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. It's conveniently located, and the rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring a very pleasant stay.

Warm and attentive service, great hotel location in a super high-rise building. Parking is convenient with spaces both above and below ground. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is a very luxurious hotel with an excellent environment.

Stayed here during my trip, and the location was really convenient for getting to all the attractions. The room was quiet, and all the facilities were brand new. The front desk staff were very polite. Definitely worth coming back to.

Warm and attentive staff, reliable brand quality, and a convenient location close to the subway. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The breakfast offers a good variety of both Western and Chinese options. The service is enthusiastic and efficient.

I arrived at 2 AM, and the lobby lights were off, making me think I'd made a bad choice. However, the front desk staff quickly handled my check-in and other procedures, and the subsequent hotel service details showed how dedicated the management is. The front desk and restaurant service were excellent, and housekeeping was prompt, though I couldn't understand what they were saying as they spoke in a local dialect. This hotel is highly recommended. It's conveniently located for visiting Sanxingdui, Dujiangyan, Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, Zhao Lei's Yulin Road Bar, and Fangcao Market. Today, I'm checking out to stay at a hotel my friend booked, which is also a Hampton Inn. I wonder if it will have the same level of service – I doubt it! I've stayed at several places in Hainan, and none compare to this one. Hats off to the general manager!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to taxis. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a luxurious yet cozy ambiance. The common areas are clean, elegant, and benefit from excellent natural light and ventilation. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean and tidy rooms, and a rich breakfast. The price is reasonable, offering overall good value for money. The only downside is that the gym is too small and has very little equipment.

I was very satisfied with this experience. All the details were well-executed, the service was attentive and reliable, and the transportation was convenient, making it hassle-free to get here. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and comfortable environment with a strong sense of luxury. It's clean, elegant, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.

Choosing this hotel was definitely not a disappointment. It's conveniently located, making it super easy to get around. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the toiletries were all there. The overall environment was warm and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel environment is good, clean and tidy, and the wontons for breakfast were delicious 😋. The only downside was that the room got a bit hot in the afternoon due to the sun. Overall, it's a good review and worth choosing.

After a trip to western Sichuan, I decided to take a break in Chengdu before heading back. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Chenghua, which is conveniently located in a bustling area, not far from Tianjie and MixC. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, so you'll find plenty of food and drinks. The hotel has an underground parking garage with free parking (you need to scan a QR code at the front desk and enter your license plate number when leaving). We booked a family room with breakfast. The room was bright and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff were very friendly and promptly refilled our toiletries and water. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and items were replenished quickly. Wait staff also cleared tables promptly after guests finished eating. It rained during our two-day stay in Chengdu, and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the front desk, which was a big plus! 👍
