Reviews of Yinxitang Hotel (Sichuan University Xinnanmen Subway Station Branch)

Good location with walking distance to the metro. Not many food options around the vicinity, Chunxi Road is just 1 train station stop away. Room facing the road can be alittle noisy due to cars, might not be suitable for light sleepers.

Room is big and clean. There is laundry area for washingZ Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near to metro.

Very nice hotel, convenient location right next to the subway station. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially Sisi! Big thanks to her for all the help ☺️

Very near subway station within walking distance and can find luckin coffee, grocery store and lots of nearby restaurant. The room is very big with ample of amnetities. Forgot to take photo of the room as too tired when arrive at the hotel. They clean up the room daily and saw the housekeeper even mop the floor when cleaning the room. The receiptionist is very helpful, attentive and nice. Recommend to stay this hotel if looking for hotel in this area. And I love the hotel within walking distance to the park along the river. Those who stay here should take a stroll all along the river.

The hotel is right next to the metro, which was excellent for our trip. We loved the accomodations, the tatami room was very comfortable and had some freebies inside such as tea, soft drinks and shower amenities. Breakfast had variety on the days that we stayed and had western options. The service was also great and Xiaomeng did everything possible to make our stay better. Overall would recommend! PS: I would only suggest that management looks into the well being of the lovebirds that stay next to the lobby. They are very cute, but could use bigger cages and be put in a dark environment for the night since they need it for resting. :)

Hotel location is very convenient for transportation and food. Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous at front desk, aunties at Level 2 restaurant and aunties who cleaned our room. They are helpful as we have elderly parents travelling with us. I like the environment and the personalised service as this is like a boutique hotel. The hotel was located in a quiet surrounding. Similar to its name, it was a little difficult to located initially. There was a very nice scent in the hotel lobby, which made it easier to locate subsequently. The staffs were very helpful and attentive to the needs of each guests.

Very near to xin nan men train station ( 1 station from chunxi). Room is clean.

It was a really amazing hotel, location was near chunxi road, an shun bridge, and easily accessible to attractions by didi. and there was an amazing dumplings store and chuan chuan beside the hotel. special thanks to 小梅 for giving such a good service and ensured that our stay was comfortable. definitely a 10/10 stay!!

The hotel is located about 3 minutes walk away from the train station. There are slight stains seen on the bed sheets. The rooms appear to be paper thin because we can hear the neighbouring rooms when they’re hanging their clothes on the hanger or talking in the corridor. However, they provide amazing amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body gel, a tea set to enjoy a tea session, a pail to soak your feet with ginger powder (for a good night sleep). Do note that the laundry is located at the highest floor open air, there are 2 washing machine and 1 dryer with detergent provided.

Qiu qiu was very helpful - we had a good stay and the place was clean as well.

It was my wife’s birthday trip and staying here was the best decision. A short walk to metro station. Everyone is very nice and halpful. Very zen hotel. The only drawback was they do not have clothes dryers but a steam closet which takes almost 2 hrs to dry with only a few pieces. Thank you guys for making the celebration a bit more extra with the free cake!

love every details of the hotel, you can tell the owner is a detail and loves life person from the hotel itself. It is rare to find it these commercial day. the room is clean, the pillows is customised with bean inside which really nice to sleep. The water heater is hot enough for winter , strong enough to to showered ur tiredness. The tea table is relaxing. Love the real orchid flower planted decorated at room. Services was great. They allowed to store luggage we did it for two days. Thank you 小赵 for the attentive question as the next day we have early flight hence she offered us hotel breakfast. It help us save some times which mean a lot. little down side, it is little merrier in the morning as local starts their days but that doesn’t affect my mood since I like the local way of waking up. Photos speak it all. I will repeat my stays if I come to Chengdu.

All the staffs are very nice, especially front desk and house keeping~ Housekeeping even leave me a note everytime after they came cleaning, and front desk staff are very helpful. Highly recommend staying in this hotel, the only imperfection is that the air conditioning situation, it can’t be control in the room, it’s a bit too hot with the heater, since we are staying during winter, but it’s still bearable, just a little flaw~ Other than this issue, everything is perfect🙆🏼♀️
