可能因為靠近春熙路景區，訂房時沒看仔細是無窗的，入住時説升級有窗需要加100，結果沒有房間可以升級都住滿了…服務人員都沒太有耐心，礦泉水也是要額外收費的。

服務：首先我覺得服務一般。一般的點在哪裡，我沒讓打掃衞生，阿姨自己進來打掃的。我帶我家人來玩，我家裡人的背包的水灑床上了，然後讓服務員進來弄，然後我大姨她出來的比較少就多問了兩句，然後那個阿姨説，你沒住過酒店嗎？然後這個沒有允許就進來搞衞生，我去問前台，前台説我們這都這樣。我開始定的是裝飾物假窗我沒注意，那個就是一面很大的鏡子對着床，挺無語的。後面我們加錢換了。還有房卡，總是不靈光，中午才換的新房卡 我下午六點多回來放東西就刷不開了，又跑上跑下從新刷。真的很無語。
