the room was clean and quite big, the city view was really nice living on the 24th floor. super convenient as well as downstairs is just tianfu square wld recommend!

Great hotel. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Close to to some landmarks and food and familymart very close by. The amenities at the hotel are great, hairdressers, snooker lounge and excellent gym. Would stay here again next time I am in Chengdu.

This hotel is great too. Except the parking is a bit hassle. Have to wait for the car to be parked.

The location is superior, the service is thoughtful, and the front desk is very big, which the gold housekeeper doesn't know.Hai Xia is great.

Lack of cleanliness. Never clean the room
No maintenance whatsoever
Rooms are really old and sealing is falling apart. Why is it that expensive ?

This hotel was in a very convenient location, walking distance to key locations including metro. As a foreign tourist there was not a lot of information available for the city. I would say the hotel has past its glory days and could use some maintenance and renovation. The staff tried hard to accommodate our needs.
