Remember The first time I stayed at the boutique Yongkang Hotel was booked offline when the hotel opened, because it felt pretty good, so I always had a good impression, so this time when my girlfriend came to need housing, I didn’t hesitate to choose it! The Railway Construction Plaza near the company is very close and very convenient. You can eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area. There is the newly built Longguang Century Pedestrian Street nearby. It feels pretty good to go shopping at night.

出來旅遊，成都是一站，鐵建廣場酒店很多，住時看了幾個，永康酒店的裝修有家裝的感覺。設施設備非常的紮實，這個老闆在這個年代還真舍的投入！價格很值得，超出了期望值。房間大小適中，衞浴乾濕分離，安靜不嘈雜，很適合休息。周邊吃東西的地方挺多，方便，肯德基，鄉村基之類的都有。老闆人好服務人員也很熱情。最主要的是停車方便，下次會一定推薦朋友來住

好像衹有27層和31層才是客房。位置還可以，因為還是靠近大學和一些商場，所以吃喝不成問題。門和牆的隔音系統有待提高吧，比較薄弱。

設施真的差，早上起床小朋友上個了大號，馬桶居然堵了，大清早也難得麻煩來修了，去隔壁別人退房的房間解決了一下，無語住了！退房超級慢，入住時押了200按金，一直問是付的現金還是微信，請問你們沒有記錄嗎？總結，除了位置還可以，其他一無是處！
