I love the hotel ambience. There were a variety of options for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro station. The service was excellent! The entire check-in process took less than 5 minutes. My luggage was sent up to my room before I even got in. I was given a room nearest to the lift lobby (as I requested upon booking) and I've gotten a room high up on the 32nd floor with a nice pretty view. I can see the famous climbing panda at the IFS building.
The bed was super comfy and soft. But the pillows were a bit way too soft in my opinion. I love the room having a separate toilet & bathroom. There were rainshowers and a bathtub in the dry area too. Super spacious for one person! Oh, but sadly the television is not a smart TV. There is only the usual satellite TV programmes

Second time staying here in a month. Excellent in every respect, location is perfect. Building has an impressive entrance and looks good, feels nice to enter and be around the hotel. Looks expensive. Staff are excellent and friendly, always smiling. Check in was fast and efficient, didn't get the girl's name but very quick and professional. Breakfast is good only thing they didn't have beans this time! Hopefully next time. Room is big enough and bed is comfortable. If I'm being picky the bath isn't as large as other hotels but it's big enough. Will choose this hotel again when I'm back in Chengdu next month. Perfect you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The concierge, especially Joseph, was super helpful. The location is very central and near two subway lines. It is also in the middle of a huge shopping and restaurant area.
Breakfast period during the holiday got crowded but it was still fine and the restaurant staff had us sit for 3-5 min in a nice lounge while they cleared the tables. Very well-done.
