So good ! , if visit chengdu will come again. The room is clean. Coffee and tea in the room have good taste. The hot foot bath is so relaxing !
Everything else in the room is perfect for staying. Only drawback is a bit far from station. But it’s OK because you can ride a bike! 🚴

Spacious rooms, good location and helpful staff. Only downside would be there being cigarette smell if your neighbour smokes in their room.

Hotel has a very nice, soothing tea smell.  The rooms are also equipped with tea sets.  The staff was very very helpful as they offered to bring, carry up my luggage to the room and also gave me fruit platter. Most importantly, they give us free upgrade so that both me and my parents room are side by side.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The service from the staff was very bad. They did not even assist us when we were dragging our heavy luggage into the hotel. Moreover, they were just sitting at the counter watching us drag it in. The aircon cannot be turned on as they mentioned it is set centrally. We felt so hot and they told us to open the window which will be colder. Opening the window did help but you have to endure the noisy horns of the car and people talking downstairs throughout the night. The room door also doesn’t have a soft closing which makes you hear every room slamming the door upon closing. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, service was bad, hotel facilities is bad. There is not even a toilet at ground level.

Originally booked for 4 nights but left after 1 night. Should have been a 3 star hotel instead of 4. Hotel was located in an old commercial building. Was assigned a room with a window opening out to a common corridor. Was unable to control the AC as it was centralized hence was pretty cold inside the room. Difficult to grasp hot water settings in the shower as well. Otherwise location is perfect in the heart of Chengdu.

Stayed here for two nights, and l'd love to say that the stay was amazing! The room came with some snacks and fruits, and it was very clean. There's also a tea area with amenities where you can relax or get some work done.
The staff were friendly and even upgraded my room to one with a window, which I greatly appreciated. I requested a non-smoking room, and they accommodated my request without any issues. The staff also gave great suggestions on where to buy Sichuan snacks, and all my queries on WeChat were answered promptly.
