I stayed in this hotel for 5 days on a business trip. The environment was okay, but the attitude of a certain lady at the front desk was so bad. 1. When I checked in on the first day, I asked the front desk if I could park for free. The front desk said they could give me directions. After I drove to the garage, I went to the front desk on the first floor to confirm that the car was parked in Area C. I also asked the front desk: I parked my car. Once we are in Zone C, can we just drive the car out when the time comes? There won't be any charge, right? The front desk replied: Yes. (The front desk didn’t ask me what my license plate number was at that time) Then I went to take the elevator. However, the front desk did not tell me whether they would issue me a parking ticket for free parking or whether I would need to call the front desk to inform me before leaving. So when I left the venue after eight o'clock the next morning, I was deducted 28 yuan in parking fees. I was very confused about this. I called the front desk about 10 o'clock, but the front desk put the responsibility on me and asked me why I didn't call the front desk when I left. Now that the parking fee has been deducted, they can't give me any money. I handle the expense. When I checked in, I asked repeatedly if I could just drive out directly, and you answered yes. Now I have been deducted money. Instead of apologizing, your front desk admitted that it was your front desk's negligence and did not remind the guests. Instead, they blamed the guests and said that other guests knew to call the front desk in advance. Haha😒, how did I know you? Is this hotel like this? ? ? 2. When I checked out this morning, I gave my room card to the beautiful girl wearing glasses at the front desk. She kept clicking on the computer. I thought she was processing our check-out procedure. I stood there for four or five minutes carrying large and small bags, asking her if she was okay? She was kind and impatient: "Wait a minute, I'm still dealing with the last customer." I wanted to roll my eyes at that time🙄Why didn’t you tell me at the beginning when you were dealing with the last customer, let me sit in the waiting area next to the door area for a while? I stood there for five minutes and waited for you to say "I'm still getting another one" Guest’s”? ? ? Later, I was afraid that I would not be able to make up the time, so I had to leave first and asked her to record the license plate number for me. I was about to drive out, but she still said in a long and impatient voice: "Please wait a moment 🙂 This is not finished yet 🙂 🙂 ” I really don’t want to say anything more, this is a great attitude! I advise you not to come to work if you don’t like anyone during menopause! 3. During the period, they said they upgraded our room for free and asked me to give a good review. I originally wanted to give a good review, but when I checked out this morning, the beautiful woman at the front desk made me very unhappy. This negative review is for this beautiful woman.

The most important thing is that the hotel's hygiene is very poor, the internal facilities are old, and everything is dirty. The bedside, floor, sink, etc. have not been cleaned for I don't know how long. The mattress squeaks when you turn it over, even a fast hotel is better than this. Highly not recommended, won't go there again.
