Xiao Luo at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive. The room environment was also excellent!

Traveling for a competition, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel called Oriental Elegance for a table tennis match. The room here was excellent, exactly my style – spacious and bright. Xiao Jing, the front desk attendant, helped me with a few issues, and I really commend her service! [rose]

This hotel was the starting point for our tour group. It allowed us an extra 30 minutes of sleep before meeting, so we had time to eat breakfast before heading out. It's indeed close to Shuangliu Airport, and while there was some noise, it didn't really affect our sleep, especially since we had to get up early the next day anyway. It's a perfectly adequate transitional hotel.

I booked this hotel on short notice for my business trip. To my pleasant surprise, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. They were always eager to assist with any needs or requests. The breakfast was also quite good, and the desserts, in particular, are a must-try.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff and the lobby manager were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The moment we stepped in, we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, especially Xiao Luo. She went above and beyond, assisting us with taxis and recommending excellent sightseeing routes. We'll definitely be back!

I always stay here for my business trips to Chengdu. The rooms are very spacious and great.
