First, the overall environment of the hotel is well created, antique and charming. Second, the hygiene of the room is quite good. Third, the room is relatively large and the mattress and pillows are relatively comfortable. Fourth, parking is convenient. Parking is inside the hotel and is safe and guaranteed. Fifth, the entrance of the hotel restaurant is facing the old street, making it convenient for shopping. There are two shortcomings. First, there is no exhaust fan installed in the bathroom and the smell is strong. I hope this can be improved. Secondly, the variety of breakfast items is a bit sp**** and the noodles are just okay.

I started taking a shower and found that there was no shower gel! I can't even turn off the bedside light! When the air conditioner is turned on, the outdoor unit makes a terrifying noise, so I have to turn it off, otherwise the noise will be completely unattractive to anyone sleeping! The window is just a wall... This is the first time I booked such a cost-effective hotel, and it was actually 498 per night!

I have stayed in many hotels, and Huanglong Hotel really refreshed my knowledge. The only things that can give this hotel full marks are its location and free parking facilities. Although it can't be said to be useless, it really can't find any advantages. 1. Hygiene is worrying. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is just a decoration. If you close the bathroom door, the sour smell will fill the room. 2. The service is worrying. On the day of check-in, it was cloudy and the outdoor temperature was 15 degrees, but the temperature displayed in the room was only 14 degrees. We are all nearly 70 years old and did not dare to catch the cold, so we quickly turned on the air conditioner to heat the air. When we returned to the room after walking around the ancient town for two hours, not only was there no warmth in the room, the air conditioner display actually dropped to 13.5 degrees. I called the front desk and was told that the hot air from the air conditioner could only be supplied after 18 o'clock. After repeated communication with the front desk, we agreed to negotiate with the hotel engineering department to open the hotel earlier. It was not until nearly 17:00 in the afternoon that the hot air came belatedly, but it was only warm. 3. The facilities are worrisome. The bathroom shower can only use a lotus shower. The hand shower cannot stand up at all, even if you don't want to wash your hair. 4. There is no sense of putting guests first. The hotel’s breakfast time is from 7:30 to 9:30. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:20. Except for the freshly cooked noodles, all other dishes were bottomed out and several waiters in the restaurant turned a blind eye. Since I am a vegetarian and cannot eat beef noodles, I went to the waiter and asked why it was not replenished in time. The answer was: it needs to be made fresh. After 20 minutes, I went to the restaurant again, and it was still the same (see video). After another 20 minutes, there was still no change. It was not until 9:10 that two kinds of stir-fried dishes and one kind of steamed buns were served one after another. After another 10 minutes, one was served. Planting pasta and boiling eggs, the rice porridge has long been left with soup at the bottom of the pot. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 and waited for a full hour before barely having breakfast. I won’t comment on the above issues, but I can analyze the reasons for them: ① The emperor’s daughter has no worries about getting married. This is the only hotel with the best location in the scenic spot. The others are either far away from the scenic spot or are B&Bs. If you want to stay in a hotel, you can only accept it. Such service, otherwise stay elsewhere. ② 90% of the guests who stay in the hotel are tourists who only stay for one day. No matter how big their opinions are, they may not have the chance to stay again. Therefore, the guests generally do not have high requirements and can just make do with one day. The hotel is a one-time deal anyway. After one day's stay, guests may have opinions but can't see the effect of rectification. Tomorrow it will still be the same, day after day, the industry standards and hotel rules and regulations may even make the managers numb. ③The restaurant staff work without a plan. If you are afraid of making too much breakfast and wasting it, you can communicate with the customer service department one day in advance to find out how many guests will stay that night, and prepare ingredients according to the number of guests. The waiters in the restaurant patrol at any time and immediately replenish the food when they find that the food is running low (in fact, many four- and five-star hotels and even express hotels do this). Unfortunately, such a simple operation is not available. It is really puzzling that the Huanglong River Scenic Area has such good environmental resources and the Huanglong Hotel has such a good location, but it is managed so poorly. We know that there is actually no use in expressing opinions here, it is just to vent complaints. We hope that our opinions can wake up the hotel managers.

The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The front desk service is very good, especially Xiao Yin's service attitude is great. The breakfast was too bad. There was a gap in the door of the room that could be seen outside. The attitude of the service staff was average. Parking in the hotel was inconvenient. Especially the doorman's attitude was very bad. I had to be scolded by the doorman for parking. Those who didn't know thought I owed him money. A very bad hotel. Just because it is in a scenic area, there will be no repeat customers, so it has a very arrogant attitude and does not care about the user's feelings at all.

The facilities are old. There was no heating during the day in March and it was only turned on at 8pm.

When I arrived, I was very happy to see the hotel facilities. I thought it was really worth it for a hotel that costs more than 400 per night. However, I was disappointed with the service and management here. First, the front desk was obviously unskilled when checking in. Halfway through, we were transferred to another front desk, and then the same question was asked again. There were originally a lot of people during the holidays. The backlog of resources + unskilled skills + lack of life resulted in people waiting behind us. more and more Then in the middle of the night, because the child couldn't sleep well and suspected of having a fever, he asked the father to borrow a thermometer. The front desk said coldly that he didn't have a thermometer. However, during the epidemic, the security guards had thermometers, so the father had to go to the door to find it in the rain. The security guard, but the security guard is not willing to borrow it. No one is willing to find a way. Everyone has the attitude that more things are worse than less things! The next morning, I didn’t sleep much because I took care of the kids at night, and I was very dizzy. I couldn’t remember where I put my breakfast coupon. I asked the front desk if I could report my room number directly if I didn’t have a breakfast coupon. The answer was no, and then I asked directly: “Why don’t you Take good care of it?" I really feel that this is not the service attitude of the front desk of a four or five-star hotel. We should strengthen management.

The facilities are old, the hygiene is poor, and there are still a few hairs on the bath towel, me. . . The service is mediocre and has no highlights. The only saving grace is that the environment in the public area of ​​the hotel is not bad, but the price of more than 400 yuan should not have such internal facilities.
