Friendly staffs. I left my jacket inside the room. I called back hotel and staff willing to help me keep for my collection.
Room is clean. The laundry room is clean ad spacious. Laundry detergent and softerner provided.

Very good location, just 5 minute walk from he Global center Mall. Room, beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. front desk staff were great, they were patient and helpful dealing with foreign passports.

Perfect for international guests, accepting foreigners, good location and very clean. No English service available, but the staff will dot their utter best to help you out as much as they can!

The whole experience was so great! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, check in took a full 5 min. We booked the family room with 2 rooms and 2 double beds which was very spacious. Everything was wheelchair friendly. The hotel is situated in q great place if you have activities planned in the south or central Chengdu.

The room was upgraded and was very clean, so it was a shame that we couldn't stay for more than 5 hours.
However, the couple in the next room was screaming loudly all night, which interrupted my only 2 hours of sleep. The walls seemed thin and it was really annoying.
