Location was perfect, walking distance to TaikooLi IFS. Cross the road or use the pedestrian overhead bridge and you are at Chunxi Pedestrian Street. Staff was great! Room has a very soothing yet calming orange scent to it, which makes you feel very relaxed. We could see the IFS Panda from the bedroom window. Highly recommended for the for the great location!

We only found out the room with window landmark view is window with interior wall. The front desk is helpful to show us three rooms with window facing outside of hotel. And we are happy to pay the difference for the room swopped. The room is clean. Great location: it is near chunxi street and chunxi subway station. We will stay at the hotel if we visit Chengdu in the future.

room was nice and had smart system to control lights and curtains. had a free upgrade to room with windows. reception was kind to help us book panda base tickets too.

Location was perfect, 2mins walk to Chunxi road. Bed was comfortable. Service was impeccable; can really feel that they earnestly want to help. (Everyone was super darling and helpful!! ❤️❤️❤️) The only bone to pick is the inconvenience from the lifts that are shared with many residents in the same building. Not a deal breaker so we will definitely return!
Note: There is only 1 washer & 1 dryer in hotel.

The hotel is inside a commercial building where the building is co-shared with other hotels and tenants. Hotel lobby is on 23/F.
1st day checked in, the room and the towels were full of cigarettes smell.
Room’s lighting is not practical. You can’t leave just one lamp stand on. The set of lights have to go on or off together.
The light is very dim in the shower room.
No mirror in the room except for the one mirror in the bathroom!
The water pressure is good.

This hotel is unbeatable at this price point imho. Customer service was excellent, esp xiaozhao who was really helpful in dealing with our queries and requests.

The location of this photel is very central and convenient, but wasn't easy to find the entrance to the building for the first time. There are too few elevators for such a high building. Rooms and service were good, although my room lacked windows with natural light. Staff were nice and helpful. Overall, I would recommend.

Right in the middle of Chunxi Road, it's value for money with good front desk service. We opt for breakfast around the street as it has plenty of choices. There is a self help laundry machine with a dryer..

Services were very extra mile as they allowed to choose which room we wanted, staff even deliver our ******* delivery meal to our doorstep, checkout also can just press a 0 on the phone and no need to make a trip to the reception area. Super convenient!!
