1. 5mins walk from Chengdu East railway stn. 2. The counter staff were friendly and able to provide a solution about the warm temperature in my room. The staff at the restaurant counter seems not well trained about the hotel facility, and the male staff outside the hotel (zebra crossing junction) were unfriendly as there wasn't an eye contact when I asked him for advise pertaining to taxi booking. 3. Breakfast were overpriced. 4. Room and toilet were spacious, this was the only hotel I didnt worry about wet flooring after shower during my vacation in China between 12Mar-28Mar.

Right next to the train station, both metro and high speed rail are right there Excellent breakfast selection, and convenience store within the building Fantastic gym with bench press rack and free weights Would stay here again

It’s a one night stay as we need to take the earliest high speed train to Chongqing.Its a short walk to the East Railway station from the Hotel.Breakfast in the hotel is excellent with a good range of food in buffet style.Rooms and services were great.

Very close to Chengdu East railway station

This hotel is right on the side of the Chengdu East Station （high speed train）, it's convenient for taking the train, but the service is not for business travellers. The gym is not open until 8am, the wi-fi is not working properly in the room and in the lobby.

A 5 diamond hotel but lack cleanliness as stains can be seen on the carpet. Service crew is good but just the housekeeping could be better. Location is definitely a plus if taking the high speed railway.

Very convenient hotel located opposite the Chengdu East train station. We got a free upgrade to super big room and high floor . Very happy with the cleanliness and services.

We stayed at the hotel for a night and it has what we need. There are a few restaurants across the road from the hotel, which is convenient. Can’t fault the location as it’s 2 min walk to the East Station.

Our one-night stay at Longemont Chengdu was excellent value for the price. The hotel’s location is perfect for travelers—it’s just a 5-minute walk across the road from the high-speed train station, with a convenient traffic light crossing. While the basement connection to the station was closed for renovations, getting there was still hassle-free. Our room was spacious, with a slightly dated décor that didn’t bother us. We especially enjoyed the large bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. During our late November visit, the heater worked perfectly, making our stay warm and comfortable. This hotel is an excellent base if you’re planning to take the train, whether for an early departure, a late arrival, or onward travel to popular destinations like the Jiuzhaigou area or other cities. For its convenience, comfort, and great value, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice modern room but the shower tap flow reduces to minimal when turned to hot water.

Stayed for one night on 13 Sept 2024. Near to East Chengdu Train station. Not much around the vicinity. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

We book this hotel, only because of it's close location to the train station. But it really was a pleasant stay! Highly recommend, especially if you have a morning train We really liked the hotel itself, it's so clean, with great bed and nice view. The only thing was a bit old bathtub

The Hotel is in a great location if you have a train to take next day. Is clean and good room space.
