The hotel it self was very good . Satisfied ! The front desk allow us to check in early !

The hotel room is new, clean and have strong water shower pressure. The lighting switch control system is a bit confusing. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking. The buffet breakfast spread is very good but with limited seats if too many guests. The noodle station lady should improve on PR when speaking to guests. The cheerful housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. A good security control for entering the hotel room, guest can scan the room card and the specified floor number will be displayed. The front desk staff is kind enough to give us gifts upon checking out. The 3rd Tianfu Street Metro line 1 (Exit A) is about 5 minutes walk (370 meters) away from the hotel. There are some restaurants and two convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building. The hotel is located within working office blocks area and is quite far from city centre (Chunxi road).

Hotel didn’t have a proper drive way to turn in so we had to pull luggage from main road and walk in to hotel. It is located quite near to mrt station and had many convenience store and food places around! However, was shocked that the hotel did not have honey when we wanted to make honey water. Hotel had basic amenities and was very comfortable to stay in. Thank you to 蔓婷 for taking care of us while we were there too! Felt very comfortable with her warm hospitality.

The lobby design is advanced and stylish, the public area is full of green plants and aromatherapy atmosphere, and the elevator room is exquisite; the room I booked is spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, the minibar is free, and even the tea bags are a well-known brand; the housekeeper Yang Guolan's service is too considerate and sent milk. Breakfast: Chinese and Western buffets are super rich, even the plating is very particular~ I can't find any faults, highly recommended! When I came to Chengdu to play, the hotel I chose blindly turned out to be the biggest surprise of the trip! All the staff were super enthusiastic, stored the luggage, and sent check-out souvenirs when I left. The detail control was grasped! The cost-effectiveness is absolutely top-notch in the same price hotel. I will choose here next time I bring my family~ There is a quiet negotiation area in the lobby, and the room is equipped with a desk and high-speed network, so there is no pressure to work overtime. The gym is fully equipped, so you can maintain your exercise habits even when you are on a business trip. The experience is perfect!

The hotel I stayed in during my trip to Chengdu was great! The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there are many food stores nearby. This May Day trip was absolutely stunning at this hotel! Chengdu Hi-Tech Joya Hotel. The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to the subway entrance, and you can't stop shopping at the nearby night market snack street♥️ The front desk service was super warm. When they learned that we were bringing children, they gave us children's slippers and small toys! There were also check-in gifts. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The humidifier and other details were full, and you can also see the city night view before going to bed. I like it💕 The breakfast was even more surprising, with dozens of Chinese and Western food options, and it tasted great👏 I also received a gift when I checked out. The location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the surrounding business district and subway station are very close.
