Nice staycation in the W hotel, we even got an upgrade to a bigger room. Very good service, everything is clean, nice indoor pool area. We had an amazing stay, can only recommend W hotel in Chengdu

I like W Hotels since a while because of the special design and creative ideas for their rooms and decorations. And so to find also in W Hotel in Chengdu. Very attentive and supportive team helps to accommodate yourself quick and easy. Especially Cassie Cui helped a lot to find a suitable room. I don’t understand why some guest still try to smoke in the rooms. Due to special and creative talent from Cassie my family guests have been welcomed well for their first stay in China. Very cute drawing and preparation of sweets and fruits made it a surprising experience during their arrival. Last words: great food at the breakfast buffet, well prepared and presented. Very attentive and kind stuff all over the Hotel facilities. Thanks also to the Whatever Whenever Team… Great stay, like always at W Hotels… Thanks and looking forward for next stay…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Chengdu, and I was overall impressed with the hotel. The hotel is located in a great location, close to many popular attractions. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Design The W Chengdu is known for its stylish design, and it does not disappoint. The lobby is spacious and features a large LED screen that displays colorful graphics. The rooms are also very stylish, with modern furniture and fixtures. I stayed in a standard room, which was approximately 45 square meters. The room had a large bed, a comfortable sofa, and a desk. The bathroom was also spacious, with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. Friendly Staff The staff at the W Chengdu were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me with my requests. I was particularly impressed with the concierge staff, who were able to book me reservations at popular restaurants and attractions.

I attempted to change my included breakfast to a lunch and the hotel management was not at all helpful. Given that the price between a breakfast buffet and a lunch buffet is negligible, it seems very odd for a luxury hotel with a reputation for outstanding service to refuse this simple request to a customer spending 1800 RMB. I had friends in the area who wanted to come to the hotel to enjoy the 178 RMB lunch Buffett so given that I was paying roughly that much more for breakfast it seems an easy switch. W should pay more attention to making guests happy instead of nitpicking over a cost-negligible switch. Even if their “system” doesn’t allow for this change to be easy. Again, not what’s expected from a luxury brand.

Was great but I lost my headphones in the men's changing room and there's no cameras so my headphones are lost for good

Amazingly beautiful hotel. Well worth the money and 10/10 would stay again. The detailing of the rooms is top notch

With out a doubt you get what you pay for. From the moment you arrive at the W hotel you are treated like a king with the first class service. From the concierge at the door who opens your car door, and takes your suitcases to the reception, the complimentary grapefruit water and the warm welcome from all the staff the service is second to none. I would like to really thank Dylan Duan for his great customer service he took the time to show me the hotel and all its facilities before I booked and explained the reasons to why I should choose the W hotel compared to other hotels in the city. He is definitely an asset to the W hotel band thank you Dylan. The room was spacious and a lovely scent of lemon and lavender and the bathroom is equipped with contemporary equipment. I especially enjoyed the electric toilet. The food on the third floor was really good I would recommend staying here. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall that has lots of lovely bars. Will come back and stay here again well worth the money.
