Lyhn International Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li

The location is very central and convenient. We brought our baby to Chengdu and also participated in the hotel's activities. It was a perfect trip to Chengdu and a very comfortable hotel experience!

Our stay at the Lynn International Hotel in Chengdu was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, the location was great, and the hotel service was excellent – very guest-oriented with attention to detail. Both the adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It would be even more perfect if the breakfast selection was a bit more varied.

The cleaning staff were very nice and all the employees were dedicated to their work. We even had a laundry service where they picked up and delivered our clothes, which was a great experience. The only downside was that there wasn't much to eat for afternoon tea.

I rarely write reviews despite traveling a lot and staying in many hotels, but I just had to say a few words about my experience at the Lin'en International Hotel in Chengdu. From check-in to check-out, the service and value for money were absolutely fantastic, and it's located right in the city center. On our first day, my family of three had a lot of clothes to wash. We hung them in the bathroom and went out. When we returned in the evening, we found a drying rack in our room with all our clothes neatly hung – such a thoughtful touch! They also offered a laundry service card, and our clothes were picked up, washed, and delivered back to our room. So considerate! The beds were comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept wonderfully every night. My husband even took our son to the 22nd-floor gym to work out, and they had complimentary towels and water readily available. The tea fragrance in the lobby downstairs smelled lovely, and we even received a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. I truly recommend it to all my friends!

The location is excellent, not far from Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and Tianfu Square, all within walking distance. The breakfast selection is rich, with local specialty dishes available. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service and afternoon tea, which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation, and you can walk to Chunxi Road and IFS. The hotel is a bit old now, and the facilities are dated, not new. If you can overlook that, I'd still recommend staying here.

The room was quite spacious and decent. The bathroom was also large. The hotel's location isn't far from Chunxi Road, but the main entrance isn't directly on the street. The laundry service was excellent; after calling, a staff member quickly came to collect the clothes, and they were washed and returned to the room the same day. However, the room's cleanliness was just okay. There was very little toilet paper left and it wasn't refilled, which made using the toilet awkward. Also, the used disposable slippers in the shower weren't removed, giving a feeling of unprofessionalism that doesn't quite match the hotel's 'international' branding.

I stayed at this hotel with my kids this time, and the environment was great. Every front desk lady was warm and gentle. The breakfast had a wide variety every day, and they even had kids' tableware, which was very child-friendly! They also gave my kids a small gift when we checked out, which they loved!
