Hotel staff are amazingly good service and helped us to contact our didi driver when we lost our phone. Luckily we managed to get back! The cleanliness is good and housekeeping was very prompt. Only thing is the location is not so forward and the amenities are a little behind.

Hotel is old and service is so so and in overall this hotel is non smoking hotel, at lift or even at lobby they allow for smoking.. breakfast and tea time is great. Location wise not bad and is walking distance to chunxi road. No aircond during winter time, air ventilation is not good.

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms.
Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it.
Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors)

The hotel location is good with malls and food street nearby. You can leave the laundry with the staff between 9am to 5pm or can self service. There is also afternoon tea provided. Happy with our stay.

Location is good, nearby the shopping spot, easy to grab car by using 滴滴
Front desk are kind, give early check in, help to take luggage, assist us when our delivery are not sending to our room.
Cleaner are efficient whenever I asked for extra water bottle and kind to service us

We recently visited Chengdu for 10 days and decided to stay at the Lyhn International Hotel. We were very impressed with the hotel, the facilities and the staff. We had a great room with a walk in closet and large bathroom and all the amenities that you would expect. The room also came with daily laundry service and afternoon tea. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were extremely helpful and prompt, a special thanks to the lady in the lobby tea area and the breakfast staff that made us specially welcome. The breakfast had a wide variety of Chinese and International dishes, so you will be very satisfied with the meal. A few days we also joined the included Chinese afternoon tea, which was a great way to relax and unwind. In summary, this is a great hotel at a very reasonable price, with all the amenities that you would need and very close to the Tai Koo Li shopping district. Would definitely come back again on our next trip to Chengdu.

Stayed for 7 days in September . Excellent services all round from reception to housekeeping & F&B. Staff were helpful, caring, courteous, professional & nothing is a hassle for them especially the reception staff who helped to arrange medical care for me when I injured my leg.
The room was spacious & very clean with adequate supplies of amenities etc ; great city view from 25th floor !
Thank you to all the staff who assisted me during my stay and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Chengdu again.

Cleanliness. Offer you a free laundry press number5in phone btw 9am-5pm the maid will pick it up and collect laundry card. I stayed for3nights. So happy with the service. The room had everything you need. Free wifi no password needed can use for my chinese drama applications. Variety breakfast but if you have long stay like me might be some boring because they only change some menu.except for chinese food like noodles, bun, rice soup, there are Bread, croissant, fried egg, boiled egg, salad, dessert,coffee and milk are available. The location might far from subway. Easily walk to chunxi road. There are convenient store near the hotel. Near hongqi there will be food shop specialist in tofu, is very delicious must try!!
