Chengdu State Guest House lives up to its reputation in every aspect, with vast grounds, a beautiful environment, and top-notch service. In early March, Chengdu is vibrant with spring, and flowers are in full bloom, even within the guesthouse. It's truly pleasant for a leisurely stroll. The guesthouse also features Zhang Daqian's former residence. Highly recommend the breakfast, especially the Jinniu Xiaomian noodles, which are absolutely incredible.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. A perfect stay!

Its 700-acre garden is lush and verdant; a stroll through it feels like being in a natural oxygen bar. The enclosed corridors are a thoughtful touch, allowing for leisurely enjoyment even on rainy days. The hotel boasts the Zhang Daqian Former Residence Museum, brimming with artistic atmosphere. The heated swimming pool is top-notch, and the service is impeccable—the receptionist, Yang Yang, is responsive and warmly smiling, making guests feel right at home. Whether considering its historical heritage or modern comforts, this hotel is a model of excellence and highly recommended for travelers seeking quality and cultural enrichment!

Staying in a large park is quiet, leisurely and healthy; (3) There are three buildings in the Tianfu Building area: Tianfu Building, Bafeng Building and Shuyun Building. The highest floor is the third floor. It was renovated in 2021. The hardware facilities are relatively new. The bathroom, bedding, curtains and water cups are of high quality; (4) The breakfast is okay. There is freshly cooked Dan Dan noodles, croissants, milk, coffee and soy milk. The variety of fruits is a little small and there is no juice; (5) The hygiene is generally okay. Good, the bathroom had no obvious odor, the carpet was relatively clean, and the towels had no significant odor; (6) The aluminum alloy windows were high-end and could be opened for ventilation, which is commendable. Compared to high-rise hotels where windows cannot be opened, the air was much fresher and there was no stuffiness; (7) There was a noticeable airplane roar around 5 a.m., so be sure to close the windows; (8) Smoking was not prohibited in the room, and the cleaning staff did not ventilate the room properly after the guests left, resulting in a very strong and pungent smell of smoke in some rooms and even in the public corridor. This should be improved; (9) The hardware has Some minor flaws, such as the defective construction of the shower drainage ditch in the suite, which is higher inside and lower outside, causing a lot of shower water to overflow outside, and you have to use a thick towel to absorb the water; (10) Jinniu Hotel in the Tianfu Building area only provides breakfast, not lunch and dinner, so it is not convenient to eat, and you can only order takeout; (11) There is a decent constant temperature swimming pool, but you need to pay extra, 198 yuan per time. You can also rent a place to play tennis, badminton, and table tennis, but you have to pay the venue rental fee; (12) Overall, this hotel is quite cost-effective. Although the location is relatively remote and shopping and dining are not very convenient, the accommodation is quite comfortable. It is clean, quiet, and has fresh air. There is a large area of ​​green space and water, which is very pleasant for walking and relaxing; (13) Friendly reminder: When booking a room, you should confirm with the hotel again and again: do not accept "wall-view rooms" with walls blocking the view outside the window. Try to get a room on the third floor or above. The view outside the window and the privacy of the room on the first floor are slightly worse.

If you ask, he will tell you how to get to the garage (of course, when I went there, it was late and it was difficult to recognize the sign at the entrance of the garage, otherwise there would be no need to ask); the front desk is the same. If you don’t ask her for the swimming and fitness coupons, she will not take the initiative to tell you that the room includes two coupons. Since there are market-oriented operations, we should strengthen the cultivation of employee service awareness and guide employees to improve service quality.

Tianfu Building is relatively new, and the environment and sanitation are very good. Snacks and welcome fruits were given on the first day of stay. Capsule coffee can be enjoyed in the minibar. The breakfast varieties are a little less but very healthy. I guess I didn't get a free upgrade in the off-season because of the tight supply of rooms. It is very convenient to go downstairs and around the corner to the breakfast restaurant. The window of the room is not big and the view is average. If you want a wide view, you can book other room types. The greenery in the hotel is superb. It is very comfortable to stroll around leisurely if you are not in a hurry.
