All the rooms here are lofts. I'd rate it pretty high; the hygiene is top-notch, really clean. The 24-hour butler service is great, super fast with food deliveries and finding packages. My butlers, Bread and Blueberry, were exceptionally helpful and responsive to all my requests. I'm very satisfied!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient – right downstairs are IFS and Taikoo Li, perfect for shopping and dining. The room was a loft, spanning two levels, with a modern yet cozy design that my whole family loved. The service was attentive but never intrusive. Seriously, they give so much complimentary water every day we could open a shop! 😂 We ended up leaving some because we didn't want it to go to waste.
