Environment: First of all, I would like to thank the lady in white shirt at the front desk on the day of check-in. She solved many problems for me. The tall lady with short hair who showed me the room was also very enthusiastic. In short, it was a good experience. The hygiene and breakfast were very good. The surrounding environment was relatively quiet. It was very convenient to go to Chunxi Road, Jinli, Kuanzhai Alley, and it was a very pleasant trip.

The room is big and the facilities are new, but it seems that all the service staff are under a lot of pressure and are not very happy, but they are polite to the guests. So is the tension of the staff a management problem? Haha, I am off topic. I just came from the Minshan Hotel next door and had a comparison. Then I stayed in another hotel of the same price. No comparison, no harm. Hahaha. The hotel lobby is not air-conditioned enough, there is no concierge, and the takeaway guy can enter at will. In short, the guests do not feel relaxed and comfortable when they enter the hotel. It is really a management problem. The free afternoon tea is very considerate, although the food is average, the air conditioning is insufficient, and there are always employees coming in and out (I don’t know why the employees’ access paths are arranged to overlap with the afternoon tea area??) All I see are minor problems, which should not affect most guests, but I am more sensitive to the soft environment, and I sincerely hope that the hotel can improve and go a step further.

I booked a business room for 577 per night with breakfast. When I arrived, I found that the window was half wall and half window. The window only had two windows, which made me feel very depressed. Later, I asked to upgrade to a normal room with front windows (as shown in Figure 1). The view was facing the river, and the price was 89 per night, which meant that I booked 577+89=666 breakfast. However, my friend checked in six hours later than me, and she had the same room type as me. The price for my friend was 536 per night, and the total for three nights was 1600 (Figure 2). I am still a member, but it was so much more expensive than ordinary users. What is the meaning of membership? The meaning of membership is that you have to pay extra for everything, and it is more expensive than others. Is it a rip-off? There is also the breakfast part. When I went to the restaurant on the 22nd floor for breakfast, no one checked the card swipe entry, and I could come and go at will. Even if there were no guests who bought breakfast, no one checked no matter how many people went to eat. I was just a sucker, and I paid extra for the upgrade and breakfast. Others didn't add anything, they stayed in the same room as me, three people went to eat breakfast, and no one checked. I don't know what this hotel is managing? I'm drunk.

I took my kids to Chengdu for a summer vacation, and the hotel upgraded me to a suite for free. Facilities: Complete, Hygiene: Clean and tidy Service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic Free afternoon tea was also given, and the price-performance ratio was super high.
