首先平台上名字叫城南美宿，在整個酒店外圍沒看到任何關於名字的提示字樣，打電話打了幾個才接通。好不容易到前台後，前台説打不通電話跟他沒關係。酒店前台在7樓，房間在22樓。老闆説不滿意你可以退。我都折騰半天到了。説這種話，態度及其不耐煩我也是第一次遇見。其次房間就是很普通的公寓房間。環境衞生都一般。電視機及床頭櫃上沿一層灰塵很明顯，肉眼可見。

環境不錯，房間內自帶烘洗衣機，下樓也都是吃的和便利店，距離地鐵站也很近，走2、3分鐘就到了。
房間內的設施都不錯，不過冰箱沒有通電我找不到開關打開冰箱。
其次我最難過的是衞生間，乾濕分離完全沒有做好。洗個澡一地的水。外面一地都是濕噠噠的。而且浴室的門往內開，我進去後幾乎是貼着牆壁才能關門。胖子的話開門洗吧。並且熱水有限，如果洗澡時間長的人要注意了，沒熱水後直接就是冰水。我剛剛好洗完準備關水時候剛好沒熱水。一瞬間冷水下來。
其他的東西真的沒話説，都很滿意。特別洗烘一體是意外之喜。就是衞生間大打折扣。

酒店位置離文殊院很近，附近美食有很多，前台服務很好，房間乾淨衞生，連續住了半個月，打掃衞生的阿姨也很熱情，知道我喝水多 每天給我拿4-6瓶水，走的急忘了拍照片。

酒店設施很新，房間衞生打掃很乾凈，帶洗衣機和冰箱，不過洗衣機需要另外自行掃碼付費。投影幕布挺大的，熄燈效果挺不錯的。窗簾是雙層的，沙發是皮層的，房間之間隔音還是可以的，門和走廊不是特別隔音，離地鐵站很近，還是挺不錯的。這次是覆住了，好評
