1.訂的雙床房，晚上打包點東西在房間吃，衹有一張椅子，另一個人蹲着吃
2.水龍頭壞掉了，大晚上刷牙都沒水，不想麻煩，第二天早上打算打房間的電話給前台，電話是壞的，後面手機打過去，派了阿姨過來檢查，最後讓我們自己搬到隔壁房間，換了房間，吹風機的插頭太鬆，又要拿去床頭插線才能吹
3.你們酒店的熱水系統肯定有問題，我住了兩天我衹能説體驗不到熱水澡，問了前台説要錯峯洗澡，我老婆到晚上12點洗澡也不熱，要錯峯到幾點？
