The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the location was easy to find.

Came across this incredibly thoughtful hotel during my trip. The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The service was gentle and attentive, with great attention to detail. It's conveniently located for getting around, and overall, it felt warm and comfortable, completely exceeding my expectations. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

I chose this hotel for a layover, and it was convenient to get to by high-speed train. I specifically looked for a place with a laundry room to wash clothes. However, the laundry room was incredibly basic and smelled awful. The difference between this hotel and the Atour (located right next door) was huge. I wanted to check out and move to the Atour, but since I had already used the bed, I figured they wouldn't let me cancel, so I just dealt with it. Check-in also took a while, and people were cutting in line, which was frustrating. The washing machines were just like home agitator machines, with only two dryers. It was hot, stuffy, and smelly inside, and my freshly washed clothes even picked up a smell, so I had to rewash them when I got back.

The hotel's location is pretty good; it's only a few dozen meters from the Line 7 subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries downstairs. However, the room had a strange smell as soon as I walked in, and the duvet cover on the bed had a strong cigarette smell. I seriously suspect the sheets and duvet cover weren't changed, which affected my sleep all night. If I had known, I would have just stayed at the All Seasons Hotel next door.
