The front desk said that the "check-in" shown on the platform means only check-in procedures, not actual check-in to the room. Therefore, we can only check in at 14:00, and we have to wait until after 15:30 to check in at the earliest. We had to change the itinerary later. We had dinner and returned to the hotel at 13:40. We kept waiting to check in. The front desk told us that there was only one room, and asked the six of us to stay in one room temporarily, but we refused. At 14:00, we asked again to check in on time according to the platform regulations, but the front desk still told us that we couldn't check in. Then the manager arrived at 14:03 and said that there was a room and we could check in. We started the check-in procedure at 14:12 and printed out the check-in registration form for us to sign. Before signing, we found that the registration form showed: arrival: 25-03-15 14:13, departure: 25-03-16 12:00. I hereby declare that I have no doubts about the contents filled in the guest accommodation registration form. The hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon, and you will be charged half a day's room fee if you exceed the check-out time. The information on the registration form actually asked us to check out at 12 o'clock and asked us to sign for approval. Didn't we say before that because customers check out at 14 o'clock, we can't check in at 14 o'clock? I saw a check-out form on the spot. It was a room that was checked out at more than 1 o'clock, and the half-day room fee was not withdrawn. A closer look showed that it was a foreign friend. Don't Chinese people deserve to have delayed check-out? And the platform also wrote 14 o'clock check-out when booking? Why do we sign the registration form for check-out at 12 o'clock? Is it fair to treat every consumer? The platform states that the check-in and check-out times are both 14:00, so why can't we check in at 14:00 or check out after 12:00? Are the regulatory authorities and regulatory platforms fulfilling their duties?

The room is very large and spacious with complete facilities. The location is simply amazing. It's only two or three minutes away from the subway entrance, 13 minutes walk from Wenshu Temple, and no more than three kilometers away from Jinli and Taikoo Li. The service is also very good 👍
