Very dissatisfied. The front desk staff had a bad attitude and looked impatient.

Very satisfied. The lady at the front desk helped us upgrade the room to a bathtub room. We were too tired from shopping during the day and it was so comfortable to take a bath. The facilities in the room are very new. The smart toilet works very well. It's so convenient. Haha. The environment is really suitable for young people. I recommend this place for travel. Shopping and eating are very convenient. You can walk downstairs. Overall, I am very satisfied with the stay. The price-performance ratio is high.

Apart from the good location, the other experiences were not very good. The breakfast was also average. The room facilities and hygiene were also average. I will not choose this hotel next time I go to Chengdu. The front desk service was not very good either.

I followed the navigation and took a taxi. The hotel sign had a few small words and the big sign said something like an office. I was speechless. It seemed like they were not professional in running a hotel. It's almost the level of a guesthouse, not worth the price!
