Zaoyuan Hotel ( Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley，TCM provincial Hospital Metro Station,Chengdu)

This hotel has a great atmosphere and the front desk staff are very friendly. It was an excellent experience. The price is reasonable, which is a big plus. The tea-making space in the room is also a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located right behind the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zaozi Alley, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's just a few minutes from the subway, close to Chunxi Road, and within walking distance of Kuanzhai Alley. It perfectly met all my travel needs and comes highly recommended.

The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The location was convenient, and it was quiet at night, so I slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely come back again.

The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended for travelers.

We absolutely loved the hotel's Chinese Zen-inspired decor; the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. The location is superb – you can walk right out to the night market, and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and clothing shops nearby, offering a fantastic variety for dining and shopping. It's quiet inside the room yet lively outside, perfectly balancing relaxation with convenience for getting around. Our stay was very comfortable, making it ideal for a short getaway.

Hygiene: So-so. Not very clean, the floor and even the curtains on the table were dirty. Facilities: Average convenience. You have to walk through a hospital to get to the subway station. Environment: The room is quite spacious, and food delivery is convenient. It's also quite close to Kuanzhai Alley.

I happened to pass by the hotel and the exterior gave me a really pleasant feeling. Its location is also within the core Kuanzhai Alley business district. The hotel rooms are clean and the amenities are very comfortable. Most importantly, it's very quiet. So relaxing! Even the little flowers outside the window looked delightful. The front desk lady's service was super great too!
