The hotel is really beautiful, and the greenery is also done very well. The room was upgraded to a suite with a lot of space. I especially like the kitchenette and it is equipped with a washing machine. It is very friendly to people like us who come out to play for many days. The outdoor area in the lobby bar is also really comfortable. Having an afternoon tea here is really relaxing. I planned to pass by and stay for one night, but this hotel really surprised me. I must stay here again after returning from Jiuzhaigou 🌹

Our experience was awesome! Double tree by Hilton has always been a family favourite, we were on our way to Gannan, so our stop in Chengdu was a required stop to be able to transfer. We stayed overnight arrived at midnight approximately and the reception desk manager and staff was awesome! They had our booked room ready and ate with our extra requirements (extra quilt for the little one and a small pillow super nice! We asked them to pre arrange a breakfast for 6 am and we were willing to pay it but they just arranged it as a complementary treat and it had exactly what our child and us needed for an early flight, yogurt an apple and different types of bread. I mean more family friendly and organised honest to God nowhere else! The service is fantastic as with everything in the Hilton brand. And on check out I got a gift! Thanks double tree by Hilton Chengdu. Thank you night manager and reception staff!

The room is so beautiful, you can directly see the Ferris wheel. The night view is very romantic. You can order takeout and watch the Ferris wheel in the room🎡I heard that many celebrities also live here. Cai Ling and Xiao Qin provided very good service, I am so happy. The infinity pool is huge and has colorful lights at night. When the weather is nice during the day, you can enjoy a cup of afternoon tea while watching the sunset, which is a healing experience. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the best hotel in Chengdu. Come earlier next time and spend some time in the hotel.
Fraser Residence Chengdu

I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong. 1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+ 2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24. 3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude. Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.
Tsingpu Chengdu Muise Retreat

The gate is very special. The automatic iron gate is opened. The river is green and the whole environment is quiet. It is suitable for emptying. In the evening, you need to book meals in advance. I didn’t order them in advance, so I ordered a takeaway barbecue. The grill is on the big balcony. The spring, summer and autumn are very atmospheric. It is estimated to be slightly cold in winter. The store also helped enthusiastically to upgrade the off-season room. From how to get to the car, how to park, all the way to greet, to pick up at the door, to send water, and to send keys. Very intimate Summer is suitable for another experience!

Had a staycation with my girlfriend for 3 nights, and I can honestly stay this is the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at in CD. I come from a family of hotel owners and travelers, but my stay at the Fairmont has to rank as one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere. The food was incredible, the British head chef made a point if always coming and checking on us which was lovely, the room was incredible and the quaint gym was as functional as I needed it to be. Thank you everyone foe the great stay, it was more than lovely.
