Qianshou Apartment
3.8/57 Reviews
Wanda Plaza of jinhua/Sichuan Normal University
The room is in a community, the first floor is a 7-room homestay remodeled by a three-house. The aunt is very good. It is the room. I went to play for 2 days on National Day. It is also a place to rest at night. It is more convenient to travel. It is 50 meters away from the subway. There are only 2 stations to the East Station. It is not recommended for students who are allowed by economic strength. There is still a gap with the hotel. It is worth recommending for students who are poor. After all, the price is there and it is acceptable. Finally, I said two points. I lived in the room at that time. There was no towel, and I asked the boss. The boss said that he did not provide towels 😂, but he didn’t care too much. When he went out, he turned right and there was a store. There were disposable towels in it, which was only 10 yuan. Another point was that he had to charge 10 yuan a night for turning on the air conditioner. Well, it’s basically like this. It’s convenient to travel, it’s quiet at night, and the experience of staying in is average. It is better to stay in a hotel if you have the conditions.

The location is very good, two stops away from Chengdu East Railway Station, for the exam, the service is very good, I didn't expect to arrange someone to pick me up after 11 o'clock in Chengdu, the health is OK, quite clean, specially selected with air conditioning and separate bathroom, after all, convenient, still quiet, close to the road, The sound of the car passing by, the air conditioner sound is a bit loud, and it is still very good to stay for one night.

Checked in many times, the room is still clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, just near the Lion Rock subway entrance. It’s also very close to the East Station, and it’s cheap to eat nearby. The price/performance ratio is still very high and recommended.

It is a three-bedroom structure, and each room has a separate electronic lock. The landlord is very good, every small detail is mentioned. The location of the house is very good, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station, and it is convenient to eat downstairs.
