這次入住算是一次驚喜之旅，可以説非常滿意。酒店是新開的，訂的時候心裏並沒有譜，不知道環境、設施、服務怎麼樣。與前台電話溝通了一下，確認了裝修氣味、通風、停車等問題就訂了。入住時很驚喜，之前溝通的細節全部安排妥當，例如提前開窗通風，安排停車位等。我對氣味很敏感，但房間裏基本沒有裝修的味道，很贊。設施都是新的，床品、衞浴的品質點贊，家人都很喜歡。酒店位置就在杜甫草堂旁邊，步行過去很方便，而且鬧中取靜，晚上睡覺很安穩。特別表揚前台的小李、小鄧，服務很周到，溝通的事情都能落實到位，還貼心的準備了歡迎水果，態度也很耐心。目前雖然沒有餐廳，但每天把早點送到房間。希望酒店越辦越好。
