CYNN XANADU HOTEL, CHENGDU
4.9/51184 Reviews
Xindu University Town
First of all, I have to thank the housekeeper Xiao Zhou, who took the initiative to contact me before check-in, and upgraded the room for free and arranged the room according to my requirements. The overall feeling of the hotel is very grand, whether it is the guest room, the front desk, or the dining, it feels good, so I took a few more photos. See the picture for details. The hotel housekeeper can do what you ask for. Parking is convenient and free. The breakfast is quite rich. I personally feel that it should be considered a very good hotel in Xindu District (I don’t know if it is the best.) It’s a bit regrettable that there is no robot to deliver takeout, and you have to go to the first floor to pick it up yourself, which feels inconvenient.

You can feel the enthusiasm of the hotel as soon as you enter the door. The service from the front desk girl is also very good. The location of the hotel is easy to find. I also like the decoration style. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The service in the breakfast room is also special. Well, a very recommended hotel.

Seaton Hotel Chengdu

Global Center Ocean Park/Century City new exhibition
Hotel was amazing, however felt a little uncomfortable with the service in the restaurant because the waitresses and waiters would all gather as I trying to ask some questions, it's not rocket science, it's just a question but certain English speaking people like the chef and Shirley made it much better. The Manager refused me to take videos of the pool, executive lounge, spa or gym because ”he doesn't have the key” , really silly excuse. I'm a blogger, I understood, these facilities are at the moment not in use because of COVID however a 2 minute video wouldn't of hurt anyone and I'm free marketing for the hotel. Room was fine, few stains on the floor and wall I thought could of been sorted. But room was fine. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in China!!!!!!

The front desk service is very good, the initiative is enthusiastic, and the outside window room is upgraded for free. The room is clean and the facilities are quite complete. The environment is good. The scenery is also very good. There are a lot of hot pot snacks around. There is a large grassy park. Walking at night is quite good. Cozy, in short, very satisfied, good experience

Global Center Ocean Park/Century City new exhibition
Environment: The hotel is located in downtown Chengdu, close to Jincheng Lake. The Global Center is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel's decoration style is retro and grand. There are staff in the lobby to help with luggage. Knowing that we are from Inner Mongolia, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Gong also helped us upgrade the room type for free and sent 2 breakfasts. They are so friendly. As soon as we checked in, we were given fruit 🍉 We brought our children with us and asked for a small yellow duck children's toothpaste. The breakfast was particularly rich. You can see Jincheng Lake and the Global Center when you eat in the restaurant. The scenery is first-class. After breakfast, we went to the swimming pool. The children wanted to swim in the swimming pool and had a lot of fun. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. You can come to the hotel to play all day, comfortable and relaxing. The environment is beautiful and pleasant, with a garden-style landscape. My husband loves this kind of hotel the most
