The hotel is 20mins walk to Taikoo or you can take the metro (1 stop). Behind the hotels there are many local restaurants and 1-2 coffee shops. It takes 25 mins drive to get to the airport. The hotel is very local. I didn’t see any foreigners. The room is spacious and clean. Good sound proof wall. The view from my room, 39th floor, is nice. No cigarette smell. Bed is comfy and water pressure is just right. The pool and gym looks nice as well but I didn’t use them. Chinese and western breakfast is great! Overall service of front desk, housekeeping and breakfast restaurant are EXCELLENT! I will stay here again because of value for money!

This hotel is about 2 kilometers walking distance from the Taikoo Li business district on Chunxi Road. It is far away from the hustle and bustle and relatively convenient. There are buses as soon as you go out, and you can see the subway and restaurants within a few steps. Also a lot. There are not many cars on the main road outside the hotel. Although we live on the back side of the street, I think it won't be noisy even if we live on the street side. Let's talk about service. The service of this hotel is really down to the smallest detail. He called me five days in advance to confirm the check-in time, whether there were elderly or children traveling with him, etc.; when we arrived outside the hotel, he was greeted at the door. He knew what room I was booking before I even opened my mouth, and tried his best to help both of us. The room was arranged on the first floor; because there were elderly people, non-slip slippers were prepared; as soon as we checked in, we called to confirm if there was any problem with the room equipment...
