Hotels near Yimin Shopping Market (Changshun Street Shop) in Chengdu

I was check in late, around 9pm on arrival day. Too tired and hotel assigned room in 2 different floor, front desk not friendly. However, Trip.com managed to ask for a free upgrade room to Deluxe for both room on 2-3rd night. Much appreciated to their help anf prompt follow up. I would like to recommend trip.com to my family and friends on future trip. YAY!

Loved this hotel! Location is great, near the subway, near Qintai Road to see the Sichuan opera and near Kuanzhai alley to take the shuttle bus to see the Panda Base. The room was very comfortable and clean. They gave me warm milk when I arrived and tang yuan (a chinese food) on my last night.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our Qingming Holiday trip to Chengdu. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Kuan Zhai Alley, and within a block of People’s Park. The room was very nice and well decorated. Even better than the delightful decor and tasteful details of the room was the superb service offered by the staff. From check-in to check-out and every encounter in between they were attentive and kind despite us not being able to speak Mandarin. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation in Chengdu!

I had a great time in Chengdu, and that was partly due to this hotel. Checking was smooth and I like that it's from 12:00 instead of the usual 14:00 around the world. There's drinks/tea in the lobby that is nicely decorated. There are seats outside to hang out if you want to. The room looks just like the pictures, and has everything you'd need; it's well stocked with snacks, coffee, tea and water. I had a room facing the street and it's nice and quiet during the evening. It's located in a local area, and there's a convenience store next door, and there are a few restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance. It's kind of in the middle between two metro stations, both are close enough to walk and it's easy to find. What made it especially nice for me where the little details, such as a lovely written note by the housekeeping staff adding some tips for the stay, or that the staff rushed over to help me setup the laundry machine and they even brought my self-service laundry to the room after the dryer was finished, so I could carry on with my day and not wait for it, so nice! I'd recommend this hotel if you're staying in Chengdu, and would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

This is my third time staying at Atour. The last time I stayed, I was disappointed by their shampoo. This time I tried to stay at Atour again in Chengdu, maybe because on New Year's Day, the house prices are high and the area is small. There are no windows. Breakfast is also not included. The best is service. The location is really good. Downstairs is Dongsheng Street, which is great for shopping! There are many coffee shops and bookstores. The photos are also super beautiful. Kuanzhai Alley is also nearby. I'll stay here again if I have the chance next time during the off-season.

Absolutely love this hotel, so close to Tong Hui Men metro station and this is really convenient, too bad the restaurants next to the hotel are all closed probably hit due to the pandemic. There is a few convenience stores across the road for some snacks like crackers, biscuits, soft drinks etc. The staff at the front desk like Ella, Anna and everyone were so helpful. The hotel breakfast was also a good spread and delicious if you like Chinese food, there are some bread, fruits and pastries too!

Hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Chunxi Subway station by crossing the road junction once you get get of it. It’s on the quieter side of the long road away from the bustling shopping area. Rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in future.

Hygiene: Everything is OK. It is not bad for a newly opened hotel. There are alcohol tablets to clean the toilet. I am very satisfied. Environment: The location is good. It is very close to the People's Park and is very convenient. However, due to the traffic volume, it is quite noisy. When sleeping, the double-layer soundproof glass must be closed. After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Of course it was still daytime, so I followed the front desk’s advice, turned on the window and turned off the air conditioner, and went out to play. When I came back in the evening, after a whole afternoon of turning off the air conditioner and ventilating, the room temperature was still 30 degrees, and it was too hot at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. We went there and saw that the actual temperature in the room was 18 degrees. (I laughed so hard that 27 degrees was not made up or not. How did it come about?) I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. The hotel settings, in When guests come up with various solutions to solve their problems, the staff do it in a perfunctory manner. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

每次來成都都住這，已經住了三四回了每次都這，每次都很滿意。房間環境整潔，衞生做得細緻，邊角的灰都清理得很乾凈。衞生間寬敞，乾濕分離，熱水來得也很快。這裏離寬窄巷子，魁星樓街，撫琴夜市都很近，步行就能到。服務的小哥哥小姐姐都很有耐心，第一晚要臨時換房，前台小哥耐心辦理，還替客户着想。半夜房間沒飲用水，小姐姐也毫無怨言地送水過來。下次來還住這。

This hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very attentive to our requests! The location itself is very convenient to get around the city as it’s close to stores, restaurants, etc. the bed was comfy, room was warm, shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the toilet was nice with a fancy bidet! Fantastic value for the price and highly recommended for future travelers.
