Perfect stay for the whole trip. Show my sincere gratitude towards John, Leo, and Joey making the stay more meaningful. Easy to get around, Room starts from 31st floor which is alot higher than usual hotel room that means you get the perfect view and weather. The small gesture that is provided by the hotel, including washing machine and dryer is a add on for us as we travel there quite a few days and much needed that. Around the area always have food even late hours and the push cart is always round the corner. Highly recommended. 👍

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. I booked a Jimu twin room and a Jimu double room to visit Chengdu with my friends. The quality of Atour is guaranteed. I don’t know if there are many tourists staying here, but the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable and not very supportive. I didn’t sleep well at night. Maybe my sleep quality is average and I am sensitive to pillows and mattresses. When we arrived to the hotel we saw a huge cockroach in our room, and stuff couldn’t change a room, just removed it from room. Second say was the same but Thai cockroach was running all around a room and made us crazy. We paid almost 500/night for room with a garden view and it’s not like on pictures at all. Yes it’s clean, but not as beautiful as on pictures. And you don’t expect cockroaches every night for this price.Another disappointment is that hotel write that they have breakfast from 7 am and we wanted to try it and then go to your Indy attractions early morning. But the hotel ordering breakfast straight from McDonald’s and only after 8 am, so we didn’t have any breakfast at all, plus I don’t it meat and it was only burgers over there. Overall, the location is good for downtown but it’s hard to find it, cause it’s on some Chinese neighborhood/market street. Breakfast- didn’t get any. Any the room and hotel in general is overpriced😡

I booked the family suite here early and watched the price increase day by day... It should be considered as a large room divided into two. There is a small window outside, so my daughter, 170, can sleep well alone. There is a desk and a small sofa next to it, which is very nice. There is also a separate bathroom, so you don't have to go to the room inside, which is very convenient. There is a big bed + a sofa inside. You can straighten your legs when lying down, which is good. The bathroom is very large, with a bathtub, shower room, and a large sink! Booked for 4 days, there is breakfast every day, there are quite a lot of things, 2 bowls of porridge + poached eggs every day are a must, it is still very satisfying... This is the first time I saw Bobo chicken for breakfast, it tastes great! My daughter couldn't get up in the morning, so she told the waiter and she was given a takeaway box for one person. This was really good! There is afternoon tea every afternoon and midnight snacks in the evening, although I didn’t have the chance to eat... They also provide in-room laundry service, which is really considerate for long trips! A 10-minute walk away is Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. There are many stalls downstairs after 10 pm, and the fried rice is delicious! The Panda Post Office is right next to it, where you can check in. I will stay here again next time I have a chance. The only bad thing is that the TV is too old and cannot cast the screen. I hope it can be improved!

講真，感謝在成都比較便利的地方提供了一個比較及時的住宿。但是圖片與實際入住體驗，相差甚遠。首先、民宿在一個比較亂的商務樓羣，雖説可能是居民樓、但樓裏的情況錯綜複雜，感覺比較亂。電梯有很多間，很慢很擠。樓裏的衞生條件真的很差。 入住後的房間，首先衞生，大面上看是乾淨的，但實際上，床單上、衞生間還有不少的頭髮，皮屑、灰塵。 房間面積很小。 屋子裡的門把手、每個空間，都不同程度的有浮土和落灰。 1.房間是那種比較老，也可能是房東疏於修理了，廚房的拉門，一拉竟然晃晃悠悠要掉下來了，很危險。 2.衞生間面積很小，廁所地面、馬桶上有不同程度的污漬 3.走廊裏，很吵，隔音一般 4.床墊真的太硬了！硬板床那種硬，床墊像鋼鐵，第二天早上醒來，和男友兩個人腰痠背痛。睡眠質量非常差。就是躺下，都鉻的肋骨、腰不舒服 5. 廚房外面，第一天和第二天晚上都非常吵，緊挨着不知道是哪個餐廳的排風、還是哪家的空調。巨吵，轟隆隆的，晚上試圖用投影看個電影，結果都沒有辦法聽清楚聲音。 希望房東這邊，可以注意一下用户體驗，調整和做好房間品控。服務態度還是很及時的。 這個價格，對於房間來説，體驗不應該這麼差。
