Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

Perfect stay for the whole trip. Show my sincere gratitude towards John, Leo, and Joey making the stay more meaningful. Easy to get around, Room starts from 31st floor which is alot higher than usual hotel room that means you get the perfect view and weather. The small gesture that is provided by the hotel, including washing machine and dryer is a add on for us as we travel there quite a few days and much needed that. Around the area always have food even late hours and the push cart is always round the corner. Highly recommended. 👍

The indoor air conditioning is very warm, the air conditioning can adjust the temperature at will. I also want to especially like the housekeeper Xiao Lu. From the beginning of check-in, it is a warm reception. Basically, I am responsive. I need something to be delivered immediately at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I really feel at home! Because a hotel falls in love with a place may be this feeling 😊 Our family said that they will come to Chengdu again and must stay at this hotel!
