1. The room was infested with cockroaches 🪳. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with children or women. I requested a room change, but the staff responded that “all rooms have some cockroaches.” I killed over 20 cockroaches during just a 12-hour stay — they were literally everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend eating the food they prepare either. 2. The bedsheets and pillows smelled absolutely horrible — as if they hadn't been washed since ancient times. 3. In the morning, I noticed the bedsheet was filthy, and I’ve attached images as proof. 4. Can you imagine finding fungus on your bedsheet? See the attached images. 5. The ceiling fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. 6. There was fungus in the bathroom sink as well. This place is a nightmare, despite being close to the consulate/OFC. Don’t ruin your trip by staying here. 7. The A.C. remote didn’t work at all — I’m unable to upload video on tripadvisor. 8. The rooms are separated by a locked door, offering zero privacy. You can clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. 9. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

The worst experience ever. We stayed in the family room for 2 days. The only thing good about the hotel is its location, other than that, there is nothing good about it. First the AC was not working properly, and had a very bad smell. On complaining, the people in the reception were very rude. The cleaning of the room was also not done, and on asking, they clearly said that it will take time. The breakfast is just average. You dont get tea and coffee. It is basically, a very ordinary property.

Room is clean. Ample space for 3 adults. Location is very close to US VAC centre. Food is decent. bit of strong odour in room and can be managed with freshener.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The hygiene standards were appalling-there were cockroaches visible in my room, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The overall cleanliness was severely lacking, making my stay uncomfortable and unsafe. To make matters worse, the food served was of very poor quality and unhygienic. I fell ill shortly after eating and have now discovered a cockroach infestation in my own home, which I strongly believe was brought back from your hotel due to the unsanitary conditions. This experience has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I demand a full refund for my stay and expect immediate action to address these serious hygiene issues. I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other guests from facing the same problem. Please respond promptly.

It was a comfortable stay staffs were good, nice cofee right by 7 am available, breakfast was good

I wanted early check in bit it wss not provided as i wanted they gaved me around 12 where i wss land in morning so after requesting g ot was not allowed and the they gaved me at 12

Place is located very close to the OFC and Consulate offices. Very convenient to walk and reach these places in 5-10 mins. Food is very homely and served in decent way. AC works wonderfully and hot water facility too is provided in the rooms. They can improve by keeping Fruits for breakfast which is missing in the menu. The boys and the folks at the desk are friendly and cooperative.

Check in was pathetic and slow. Parking is not available, should park on road and very dusty and that also space is only available for 2 cars. I checked in at 1:40 and lunch was already over with nothing available in the kitchen, AC and TV were not working, AC fixed but tv was not addressed. Bucket and jug in the washroom was slimy, 3 people checked in and only one brush and one small soap was given, no shampoo or slippers. Fan had dust like as if it was not cleaned for a year or more. Floor was sticky. Mirror was smudgy and not cleaned. Overall hygiene is not maintained (2 out of 10 rating). This is no where near a 3 star hotel.. it’s just a lame room.

Location, food, amenities and services were Ok only checking and check out timings were not suitable.

Bed was not comfortable. I think I slept on spring box instead of a mattress. There was no iron-box.

We had a pleasant stay.Very good staff.Very prompt to help.Breakfast was okay.Properties location is good.Its relatively close to the US councillate.We could keep our luggage safely down with the reception when we wanted to go out.No problem

Room is very small and not sufficient for family, while booking the room I opted for family even though they provided very small room with small bed. Food is not good, I can rate it as below average. In reception people treat you as college student came for hostel. Not ready to take any enquiry or questions. No car parking facility.

good rooms and polite staff , if you are coming for US consulate this hotel is recommended

The place was close to the US VAC building which was convenient. The breakfast starts late (7:45am) but is decent. Cleanliness was good (3.5 out of 5).
