Pine Tree Boutique Hotel

I was Booked This Hotel Through Goibibo.Com, it was our Worst Experience Ever. Cockroaches Everywhere in the Room. Dirty Towels, Dirty Room's, Dirty Bed. When I wrote Genuine Review at Goibibo site, After posted my Review, The Hotel ***ager Called me and Talked Rudely and also Threatened me that why I Wrote the negative Review about them. This was so Fishy...... Avoid This Property at Any Cost

I had to visit Chennai for a visa appointment early in April, on very short notice overnight. I travelled ***** with a driver and my dad (who is elderly) by road from my parents house about 700 km away. We had called earlier in the day to book a room for us to stay. The person at the front desk spoke as if we was unsure about our booking, and did not get an assuring answer, but were only assured a room after sufficient cajoling. Now, for unseen circumstances, we reached chennai early morning and were made aware, that the room we had booked was gone. However, after assuring that we need a room and need to stay until 4:00 PM for allowing the person driving to rest, we were given a small two bedroom. The room was untidy. In the bathroom there were cups left on top of the wall. While our driver was getting his rest, they cut off the electricity to the room. **Mind you this is Chennai in the middle of summer. It gets very very hot**. He was given unconvincing answers by the front desk. The bellboy even tried to find out the reason and have the electricity turn back on. When I took this matter to the front desk, they blamed the Electricity supply first, followed by electric work going on elsewhere, followed by only section of the hotel was impacted etc. My work takes me to ***y places and I have stayed in ***y hotels. This hotel joins the list of the worst places to stay in my list. You will be well served by other hotels in Chennai. TDLR: - We werent given the room that was booked (3 bed), instead got a two bed. - Bathroom had cups on top of the wall. Could be cleaner. - Bedspread had a hole in it. - Electricity was cut off while someone was in the room.

It was very good experience in treebo.room were very beautiful as well as staff was very cooperative and kine.if in future i will come to Chennai i will choose treebo hotels.only things they need to check is electricity failure

Good to stay there..arrangements and services were too good.. And mainly the staff people was very cool and calm they always talk with us smile on their face .. Overall gud experience.. Thank you guys

Not maintaining the standard as it was earlier. Very small room as per money is concerned. Standard of service is very poor. Toilet taps, trays are broken. Night time receptionist sleeping on the floor. No toiletries are given. You are selecting very poor quality hotels for your customers and loosing business. Be professional. Remember your customers are not full. Please don't deceive them. Thanks,

Very small room. Dont go by treebo website image. They dont have 180sqft room, even owner said this. So its a lie from treebo end. Room have very less amenities & low light. Room ac never work properly not able to chill. Room have cockroaches. Breakfast is cold & boaring. They dont even have toaster to toast bread. No room service. Rooms dont have geyser. They have solar system which heat water. So you will never get hot water. They provide us emerson rod to heat water. Receptionist & boys are helpfull & well behaved. There are few good resturant outside so you can get food easily till 10pm at night. Only book this hotel if you can get it in 1000 to 1100/night for sort stay. Or else there are plenty option in this area. No car parking.

Everyplace has pros and cons and considering the purpose of our visit (medical emergency) i would say the stay was great. The hotel authorities were welcoming, warm and gave suggestions about commutation, places nearby to visit. They promtly responded to our requests and conveniently allowed to park our luggage beyond the check out time. Out of the 2 rooms, 1 had few amenities missing ( no telephone) or non functional ( one of the lights and washroom jetspray) however the other room was good enough. Even our homes are not perfect so the expectations weren’t so and we didn’t complain. The location, the price and the connectivity of the hotel is very good. Overall, it was a great experience as our old parents had no trouble staying and the staff’s behaviour was an add on. If visiting Chennai again, definitely Treebo Trend Pine Tree hotel would be our choice. 😊

Not good location.. not proper DG set back-up for electricity .... Not having kitchen so bring breakfast from outside ...give breakfast on their convenience and do not give a refund after 8.30... not able to ***age early breakfast needs typical smell bad smell is there in hotel...rooms are too small... OVERALL NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
