Location was great. Hotel is a little 'run-down' compared to my previous visit 2 years ago. I think he hotel is under a new management now. Not much variety in the breakfast menu. The 'music lounge, in the hotel was great with daily 'live music' in the evenings. Very enjoyable

Checking in was not acceptable. Receptionists need to be trained to be polite with guests. The room was great. The extra bed requested came in late. The bar was well maintained. The staff were up to standard. The restaurant within the hotel served a variety of food for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay. Checking out was accepted.

Hotel Outlook looks good, the hotel had a name change. The room I stayed, Deluxe twin room, was in run down state with cockroaches and stained towels, bed sheets and pillow covers. The shower room is crammed. Overall average experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff were exceptional Always ready to help. I was there with my friends. Location is good and the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. We were there for 5 days and the breakfast is awesome. I will definitely be there at the end of this year. Hats off to the team and Mr Nizam who is attentive to each and every guest.
