The hotel is some 11km from the West railway station. There is a nice local park nearby, good for a morning walk. The counter staff seemed to understand very little English, and have difficulties checking my reservation, which was made under my name in English. Overall, the hotel is a nice one, good size room, comfortable bed, and good value for money.

華美達也算是品牌連鎖酒店了，在其它城市住過印象都不錯，唯獨這次的郴州華美達顛覆了我的印象。
1.打電話找前台要飲用水被告知要收費2元一瓶。
2.酒店房間相當不隔音，隔壁咳嗽都能聽見。樓上客房拖凳子跑來跑去鬧到半夜十二點多，投訴也解決不了。
3.衞生非常糟糕，晚上入睡時聞到一股臭味又找不到源頭，等早上早上一看，床邊地毯盤一堆嘔吐物幹在那裡沒有清理。想起來都噁心。
4.早餐 特意買的帶早餐的房間，結果早餐根本吃不下去，不新鮮的砂糖橘，包裝拆開的小蛋糕，煎雞蛋都咬不動。實在入不了口。
攜程鉑金會員，從來沒給過差評，這是第一次，實在太難受的體驗了。

這次入住酒店體驗非常差！房間老舊，整個酒店充滿着劣質香水的味道非常難聞，奔着華美達品牌選的酒店。確實是本人住過的最差勁的一家華美達。衞生間玻璃根本沒有擦過上面全是水漬，地毯特別的臟上面各種痕跡不知道是什麼東西，毛巾上面居然還有毛髮看起來非常的噁心。辦理入住的時候前台全程板着個臉要麼就是和同事聊天，體驗感差到極致！！

房間內煙臭味特別重，剛進門實在受不了，就讓酒店換了一間房……第二間房間，拖鞋外包裝有不明污漬，油嘰嘰的，讓阿姨又來換了一雙，客房服務部的阿姨態度特別好，第二間房的淋浴頭又是壞的，很無語，感覺這個華美達是住過的裏面比較差的了，地攤臟，異味重，但是反饋了了問題還是幫我們處理了
