The hotel only apologized but didn't have a solution. I followed the hotel's parking guide. When I arrived at the hotel, why did they say they couldn't stop and asked me to go somewhere else? No one gave me any instructions when reversing or told me that there was a very short iron pier that I needed to pay attention to when reversing. I originally took my family to travel happily, but the car... I go home and spend 800 yuan to repair the scratches myself. I don’t understand why such a service costs 900 yuan a day? 非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓我感到很舒服，辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還隨便我們把行李送上樓，走的時候也有幫忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住送了暖的礦泉水，真的很少有酒店這樣，早餐也準備的很不錯。另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。

從來不會評論的我，經過前台經理温柔的提醒，我想想這也是我住的最滿意的一次酒店，應該為這麼好的酒店獻出我的第一次評價，酒店壞境優雅，位置也很方便。第一次來找不到酒店位置，剛好接到酒店工作人員打來的電話詢問幾點到，有沒有開車等，告知酒店工作人員已經下高速後，酒店經理主動加微信共享位置，讓我順利的抵達酒店，還貼心的在酒店大門口留了車位，為温柔可愛的前台經理點贊👍

酒店地理位置蠻好，鬧市區，到哪裡都方便，晚上附近逛一下很舒服，旅遊出行很適合。早餐豐富，米粉很好吃，晚上還送點宵夜啥的，停車場也有。 酒店設施齊全，新中式蠻舒服的。衞生啥的也很好，前台服務熱心周到，會幫介紹周邊景點啥的，很好的一次入住體驗，值得推薦

以前有關注但沒有住過，這次抱着試試的心態住了一晚，還是有點小驚喜！新中式裝修風格，古香古色。房間乾淨整潔，早餐品種多，口味也很好，比之前我住的酒店同等價位的好很多，大家可以來體驗。
