The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the environment was great, and the service was attentive. The dishes at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor were also very tasty.

I usually don't leave reviews unless my stay is exceptionally good or bad. The hotel's facilities are a bit outdated but very well-maintained, and the staff's service was on point. They even upgraded our room when we checked in late. However, my family woke up the next day with bug bites. We didn't make a fuss because we had to hit the road, but I did mention it during the staff's follow-up call that afternoon. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its hygiene.

The room is quite old and doesn't live up to a 4-star standard. There are no smart amenities; it probably would have been considered nice about 10 years ago. The breakfast, however, was decent. The front desk area itself isn't bad...

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

The facilities are excellent, very clean and hygienic, and the service is attentive. The environment is fantastic and highly recommended. It's the best hotel in Chenzhou.

The hotel is very luxurious and grand, with excellent service and attentive staff. The coffee shop next to the hotel is beautifully decorated and definitely worth a visit for some great photos.
