JI Hotel Properties in Chenzhou

I've always trusted All Seasons Hotels and choose them in every city I visit. This time, however, the elevator wasn't air-conditioned when I returned at night, making it incredibly hot and stuffy. The showerhead in the room was extremely powerful, the kind that stings when it hits you, and no matter how I adjusted it, it was never right... Xiao Tong, who provides WeChat service, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much. Some of the other front desk staff were quite unhelpful; even after I said I had checked out, they didn't even look up and just pointed to the person next to them... They weren't very proactive. The braised duck meat next door was mediocre; it was mostly rice soaked in soup, which was absolutely divine! You could try that place, but I want to warn everyone about the Jing Shui Cun restaurant across the street. It looked nice, but it was a complete rip-off—expensive, bad, incredibly salty, and the service was incredibly slow. On Yu Hou Street, the street stalls were mostly selling sushi, peach blossom wine, and tourist photo booths. At the end, I had some sweet soup at Tian Ma, which was okay.

The front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. We were served hot tea on arrival and were kindly checked in at 10+am. We did not buy breakfast when we made our booking but were offered a good price for it. Breakfast was varied and delicious but almost the same daily. Body lotion and conditioner was not provided in the room. The next morning when we asked for advice on sightseeing routes, Ms. 岛 advised us to hire a private vehicle and made arrangements for the hire. Price is reasonable and the driver was good.  Many thanks to you, Ms. 岛 for your help and excellent service.

Always a great experience, whenever I travel, I usually prioritize staying at a Ji Hotel. It's close to the commercial area, convenient for dining, and parking is also very easy. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Thumbs up!

This stay was a surprise. The hotel was very new from the lobby to the room with a faint fresh tea fragrance, and it was very soothing without rushing. As soon as I entered the door, the service staff took the initiative to greet and handled smoothly. The room was very clean and the bedding was soft and moderate to sleep peacefully. When checking out, the staff carefully confirmed whether there were missing items and was responsible. The overall comfort and satisfaction beyond imagination, and I will not hesitate to choose here when I come to Zhangzhou again, giving me a feeling of being at home, like it (๓ ˘ `๓)
