Location isn’t the best, but you can get a bus once an hour and bus stop is about 3 minutes away. Mountain View is a bit misleading, you can see the bottom of the mountain so more of a view of trees, the view isn’t the best. If you’re booking this to be near the fortress again maybe not the best place. It takes about 40 minutes up hill and on winding roads to get near the beginning of of the fortress and then another 50 minutes or so to walk around it, then another 40 minutes back. The walk there isn’t the prettiest but it’s nice enough. The walk around the fortress was beautiful though. Hotel is fine and rooms are a good size and are clean. Breakfast was okay, paid for it for my first morning but didn’t pay again for the second. Was 15k and is a buffet so price was okay. There are no restaurants near the hotel and it only has a cafe that closes around 5pm and didn’t have a hot meal so be prepared. If you have a car it’s not problem, location is nice and quiet and people were friendly.

the namoo hotel is located near the zoo, national museum, and the cheongju park. Although it is located on the mountainside, there is a bus route 863 to downtown as well as jikji museum, so it is not as inconvenient as I once expected. however, it is very far from railway station and intercity express bus terminal. the hotel is cosy, and room is very comfortable, with helpful staff. it is a very quiet and relaxing place.

My flight arrived late at Cheongju Airport, so I searched for a place to stay before going, but it turned out to be on the outskirts. The accommodation looked similar to the photos, yet different. It smelled like an old accommodation, and when I entered, the room temperature was 30 degrees. Even after turning on the air conditioner, it remained at 28 degrees for quite a while. The temperature dropped while I was sleeping, and the bed was soft and comfortable.

This is the place I always visit when I visit Cheongju. The interior facilities are not great, but it is quiet and secluded, so it feels comfortable. It would be better if there were more amenities.

The room condition, surrounding environment, service, etc. are all good. The breakfast was also good. It is a bit difficult to access public transportation, but everything else is good.

It's a value-for-money hotel, and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the low price~!

It felt like a lodging from the Japanese colonial era.

Cheongju Namu Hotel is literally a tourist hotel recommended for families. It is not very suitable for business, and it is too noisy. Since it is located near a mountain, there are pros and cons. The room condition was poor. The tables and chairs are made of solid wood, so my butt hurt.

Regarding the facilities... I felt the shower pressure was weak, and the refrigerator had a unique design... I wish the furniture doors opened a bit more smoothly. I recommend mentioning "non-smoking room" again when making a reservation. I wish the windows would open wide. The cafe on the first floor seems to open a bit late. It is a shame there is no convenience store. There is a separate way to watch TV. The scenery is nice and the surroundings are wonderful. The staff are very friendly. The parking lot is pleasant and the air is fresh. The atmosphere of the restaurant on the first floor looks nice. It is fairly clean. There are many places to explore nearby.

A place where shouting from the hallway between floors can be heard clearly in the early morning, and even when you call about a problem, the manager is unreachable and no action is taken.

근처에 볼 일이 있어서 묵었는데 약간 외진 곳이라 차 없이는 힘들겠지만 오히려 조용해서 좋았어요! 안쪽은 아늑하고 혼자 쓰기에 부족함 없습니다

조금 오래되었지만 중후한 느낌의 호텔입니다 넓은 로비와 산속에 있어서 조용하고 주차공간이 아주 넓습닏

위치는 살짝안쪽?에 있는데 오히려 조용해서 좋았어요 실내도 깔끔하고 저렴한 가격에 있을거 다 있어요. 샴푸린스비누바디워시 등 조식도 맛있어요
