Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHEROKEE/CASINO by IHG

The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the place is not ideal. There was dried blood on the elevator buttons. My bathroom tile was completely crumbling to the point where i had to lay towels down to even walk on it without feeling like i might cut my foot. Apparently they’re renovating the 3rd floor so thats nice… until it set off the fire alarm and nearly gave me a heart attack. Paid for two nights but didnt even stay the second because of the headache. Two bad hotels in one week maybe im just unlucky.

Walls are very thin in the rooms. Could hear conversations next door. Bathroom is small. King bed & comfy pillows. Good location. Friendly staff. A little pricey overall.

Room was decent. It is in close proximity to Smokey Hill National Forest and other areas.

The room was clean and the staff was great! Nice selection for breakfast. Bed was a little softer than i prefer but not worth complaining about. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The whole hotel is out dated and nothing works! Now the breakfast was good and the night person was friendly but no one else at the hotel seems to care if you comfortable or not . You are paying top dollar for the location not the property or customer service

The room was nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again in the future.They were all so nice.

I arrived late at the hotel and didn’t check my sheets, wake up the next day to my whole body covered in bug bites. Checked the sheets and the bed was completely infested with bed bugs I recorded them and took the sheets to the front desk and showed them the bugs. They proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do.DO NOT STAY HERE. I honestly have never had a worse experience with a hotel and now fear I am bringing these bugs home

For the price it was good, but there was definitely some problems. Shower didn’t drain so we were forced to stand in our dirty water. Our room also didn’t have any lights or light switches? Only lamps next to bed
