Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cherokee

Staff was extremely polite, rooms where way cleaner than expected. Only issue is you hear everything, neighboring rooms conversations, every door you hear open and shut, and the side entrances have key cards to enter the buildings that no longer work.

The toilet was dirty; to include: Unrine stains, fencickle matter left behind on the toilet handle and toilet basin area. BAD!

Wasnt a long stay but it was great for the shoet time we was there. Clean rooms and comfortable. Plus we had breakfast on the go, so was glad to see fruit to grab and go!

The staff was extremely curtious and very pleasant. The room however was very outdated, the remote to the tv was broken and I saw roaches. The door was already open and ajar when I arrived and only one key card worked. We were in town for the Polar Express train ride and the accomodations were suitable for an over night stay but I am not likely to stay there again.

Great place to stay for the night. Bed was comfy. Staff are friendly. Good service. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was tub had no stopper.

Room was clean but a few repairs needed ie. bathroom tiles. The amenities were excellent. Staff was friendly.

Very kind and accommodating staff, the rooms were very clean. Only complaints, queen beds seem small and only come with 3 pillows. The room smelled fine upon entry but when we turned on the AC it stared to smell like feet.

Easy check in, super helpful staff and a quiet clean environment. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was well enough equipped for our stay, aging and in need of some TLC. Electric stovetop worked one day, the rest was fine. Staff were fantastic and the location was excellent. Would stay there again.
