Bay Mountain Inn Cherokee Smoky Mountains

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Location was convenient and quiet. The only problem we had was toilet wasn't working properly and was hard to flush.

Room was clean. Guy on dayshift not very personalble but the lady at night was very friendly.

They never checked us in we had to book and stay in a different hotel. My father soiled himself while we waited.

Plenty of parking. The front desk is almost always unmanned which requires you to call and wait for the person to come back. When they clean they only make your bed and replace towels, don't take trash or refill anything. The AC is loud. The walls are very thin so you'll hear your neighbor.

Clean comfortable homey fill. Staff is very polite, kind and considerate . They go above and beyond to make the stay great. Would highly recommend

Staff was terrible, standing water in the shower, and hallways had a terrible stench. Breakfast was fruit loops old otis spunkmeyer muffins, yogurt, and fruit cups. Good luck!

Check in person was very quiet but that is ok. It took about 5 minutes for him to come to the desk. Small breakfast but again ok. The high point is we saw the elk in the parking lot. We had the disability room which was great to shower my 96 year old I was traveling with. Granny’s Restaurant buffet was good. Basic food but a selection. Off to Mingo Falls because a short hike and the 96 year old can wait in the car.

Unexpected overnight?Stay and this was the perfect place to do it. Room was clean and comfortable front desk staff was wonderful.

The lady that checked us in was friendly. While checking in we were told there was a continental breakfast from 6am to 10. The next day at 9am, all the breakfast was gone, and no one attended to the dining area. The 2nd day there was no breakfast at all including coffee and no hot water in our room for a shower. We went to front desk the desk clerk lady screamed at us after we complained. She was screaming that there was hot water and we were lying! Never again will we stay there!!
