cozy and nice location

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and food are outstanding!

They did not clean my room during my stay. The rooms are small.

Stayed for three nights last week, only tried breakfast on first morning , didn’t try the restaurant because we decided to try them around Chester Breakfast very nice indeed especially the eggs Benedict

Great location, loved the decor. Family celebration so hotel provided a free drink for us all, which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a good location and you can reach nearby attractions on foot. The room is small, and the only window is only about 40cm wide and covered with film, which is a bit depressing. For breakfast, I had to stand in line for more than 20 minutes even though I had reserved a seat the day before, which was very annoying, probably because it was the weekend. Everything else was satisfactory.

The overall environment is good, the facilities are complete, and it also meets the epidemic prevention standards. It's good

The location is near the church, close to the city center and relatively quiet. The English breakfast is good.

The room is exquisite, and the whole hotel feels unique to me, revealing exquisiteness everywhere. When I checked in for the first time, I met an elegant uncle. When I ate for the first time, I met a tip far exceeding the average line in the UK and catching up with the US. The enthusiasm, the first time I received a wooden room card, the first time a chain hotel uses all local ingredients, environmental protection also supports local farmers, and the bar is also free... The only fly in the ointment is that the hotel has no parking lot, and the others are perfect
