Just lovely! Always stay here with the family when we come to Chesterfield. Such friendly staff and rooms are large with everything you need. Housekeeping leave treats out for the kids and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is great value. We'll see you soon!

Lovely place to stay..the salter gate car park is so close by and extremely secure.. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. breakfast was very good too.Excellent position for visiting Chesterfield, really great choice of restaurants nearby...The room was very clean and even a note from the staff saying they'd noticed we were staying three nights,so they'd left extra tea/ milk etc and a few treats..We didn't ask for the room to be cleaned,but were told it could be done if we mentioned it first thing in the morning...So nothing to criticise there!!!..Very pleased with our choice..

A place to stay whilst attending mum’s funeral. The staff here are truly wonderful. They put the customer first and are available to meet your needs. They do that without ever making you feel like an inconvenience. A friendly and efficient bunch that is efficient and reliable. They left me with such a warm feeling at a difficult time that I actually can’t wait to stay there again.

Stayed two night whilst visiting family and friends, was a lovely hotel very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs, breakfast was nice and fresh, which is always nice, will definitely be stay again on our next visit and will be recommending

Parking is a problem. Nearest parking is 400 metres in a multi storey car park. Room not cleaned or no clean towels and bed not changed. No room service available. Not a pleasurable experience at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

Up in town for the football and to catch up with friends and family. I am a seasoned Premier Inn user but this was my first stay in the newish town centre hotel and I was impressed. The new public carpark was a short walk away but felt airy and safe. Everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable and the pleasant young staff all very keen to be helpful and hospitable. Breakfast choices were copious and well prepared. Arty poster photographs of Chesterfield in the dining room were a nice touch, unlike the could-be-anywhere decor or most chain hotels. It's a town that has seen some hard times in recent years but this hospitality made us glad we were here. Would gladly return to this hotel

This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. The location is excellent as it is in the Town Centre. There is no onsite parking however there is a multi-storey car park very close by. The staff were excellent very efficient friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant and bar which is really good if you don’t fancy venturing out after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
